The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) strives for its members to become involved in the association. Each member has many opportunities to become active through serving on a committee. The volunteers and committees directly impact and influence the direction of the association. Being active also allows members to get acquainted with others in the industry and enhance business opportunities. There are many leadership opportunities in the association as well, which include committee chairpersons, Board of Directors and executive committee members.
