The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a professional trade organization representing the rental housing industry. We have over 429 members, which includes just under 23,000 rental units in the Lubbock and South Plains area. Our members include owners, management companies, and businesses that offer products and services to the industry. We strive to up hold integrity in the rental housing industry. Our purpose is uniting, supporting, and fostering communication between those residents, owners, managers, and product / service vendors directly associated with and affected by our industry. Our expressed goal is to strengthen the image, ethical standards, education, and professionalism of those involved with the ownership and management of rental housing on a local, state, and national level; and to be an advocate for the rights of residents and owners.

The Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to assist those involved in the rental housing industry. We are affiliated with the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) in Austin and the National Apartment Association (NAA) in Washington, D.C.
