The Lubbock Apartment Association's (LAA) goal is to provide educational, legislative and support services for the rental housing industry to increase the member's effectiveness and profitability. To accomplish this goal we strive to offer educational opportunities to our membership. Throughout the year, we make available many educational seminars, classes, and speakers for apartment personnel. These classes are designed to help businesses operate more effectively and strengthen our industry.

As an affiliate with National Apartment Association the LAA is able to offer designation classes. Education programs and designations of the National Apartment Association are the premier offerings for multi-family housing professionals. NAA’s professional designations are a recognized and respected mark of excellence throughout the industry. Each course and program has been carefully crafted and tailored to meet the ever-changing needs of today’s multi-family housing professional.
