Complaints

If you have a complaint against an apartment community or individual that is a member of the Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA), you must submit the complaint in writing. All complaints are forwarded to the property owner or management company. The Lubbock Apartment Association can only act to facilitate conversation, we cannot enforce any legal action or offer legal advice.

To submit a complaint, please fill out the form below or mail a letter to the Lubbock Apartment Association (LAA) at 4227 85th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79423. If you have written evidence to support your claim (rent receipts, leases, applications, correspondence, repair bill, etc.), please make copies and mail to the address above.
