Our apartment complex is in a wonderful location just inside the South Loop 289 and between University Avenue & Indiana Avenue. We about 10 minutes from Texas Tech and we have quick access to Loop 289. For Tech Students living in our apartment homes, we have free parking for you during class just across the street from Texas Tech. Ask us for more details. We are completely surrounded by a beautiful city park with a lake. Our apartments are very spacious and bright with the light of large windows that accent the earth tone wall and carpet colors. Every apartment home is equipped with a fully loaded kitchen with microwave, stove, frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and a large pantry for storage. The master bedrooms have walk in closets and select apartment homes have a fireplace in the living area. We have downstairs apartments with patio areas and upstairs locations with balconies. We also provide FREE WIRELESS INTERNET service for all our residents.
